1 1/2" x
.056 band mill blades
Our 1 ½” x .056 thick blade is specially designed to run
on large band mills, headrigs and high production
resaws, such as the Wood-MizerÒ LT70/300, Baker 36
Series, LogMaster, Accu-Trac, S & W & vertical Amish
mills. This blade’s beam strength and gullet depth
combined with milled and induction hardened teeth allow
it to out perform any other blade that is presently
available today in both life & cutting speed.
2” x .052
band mill blades
Our 2” x .052 thick blade is specifically designed to
cut grade lumber on high-production band resaws, such as
the Brewco 800/1600/1800 and large band mills. This
blade has exceeded our expectations and has given our
customers both longer blade life and faster feed rates
over the bi-metal blades commonly run on these saws. At
approximately half the cost of a bi-metal blade this is
a true moneymaker.
1 ¼” x
.045 band mill blades
Our 1 ¼” x .045 thick blade has become our most
successful blade to date, running on small to medium
size band mills and resaws. This blade for its size is
more stable and will cut faster than any other blade on
the market.
